Job Summary:
The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience by providing professional and personalized service to customers. The role involves assisting clients with their purchase decisions, maintaining the store’s premium appearance, and supporting daily operations to achieve sales goals in alignment with the brand’s luxury standards.
Key of responsibility:
- Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude and offer assistance to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate items based on their preferences, needs, and lifestyle, while offering styling advice and product recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring full adherence to visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
- Replenish stock and ensure product availability by coordinating with the stockroom and visual merchandising team.
- Monitor customer behavior and report suspicious activity to prevent theft and security risks.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various forms of payment.
- Support with physical and digital inventory checks as per the company’s policy to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Participate in price changes, promotions, and product tagging as instructed by the store or merchandising team.
- Take customer measurements for tailoring when needed, complete alteration forms, and liaise with the tailor to ensure prompt service.
- Communicate feedback on out-of-stock, slow-moving, or customer-requested products to the Store Manager.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, fashion trends, and new arrivals to represent the brand confidently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, grooming standards, and customer service protocols at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from a University with English as the language of instruction.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent grooming and presentation suitable for a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Customer-focused with high attention to detail and a proactive sales attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
