Retail Stock keeper -Aïshti

Job Summary:

The Retail Stock Keeper is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing merchandise within the Aïshti retail stock. The role ensures accurate stock handling, timely replenishment of the sales floor, and smooth coordination with sales and visual merchandising teams to support luxury retail operations in line with Aïshti’s standards.


Key of responsibility:

  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality, verifying items against invoices and delivery notes.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom areas in a clean, orderly, and accessible manner according to brand visual standards.
  • Ensure that all merchandise is correctly labeled, priced, and prepared for transfer to the sales floor as per VM and sales team requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions (in/out) using POS or inventory systems.
  • Monitor stock levels, initiate restocking, and communicate any low-stock or overstock situations to the stock manager.
  • Support in stockroom-to-floor item replenishment in coordination with the Sales Associates and VM team.
  • Conduct regular and annual physical stock counts, investigating and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Follow safety and hygiene protocols in all storage areas and ensure compliance with Aïshti’s policies.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly stock reports to the Operations Manager.
  • Assist with stock transfers between branches or back to the main warehouse as needed.
  • Handle fragile, high-value, and limited-edition items with care, following security protocols.
  • Liaise with delivery personnel and external couriers to manage shipments in and out of the stock.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by management in support of stock operations.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a stock keeper or in retail, preferably in fashion or luxury brands.
  • Basic knowledge of stock control, receiving procedures, and storage best practices.
  • Familiarity with inventory software systems (ERP, SAP, etc.) is highly preferred POS systems.
  • Knowledge of stock rotation, labeling, receiving, and dispatch processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in recording stock data.
  • Ability to lift, move, and organize products in stockroom/storage areas.
