Job Summary:
The Parking Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all parking operations at Iraq Mall, ensuring smooth traffic flow, customer satisfaction, and adherence to high operational standards. The supervisor will lead the parking team and ensure efficient, safe, and courteous service to all mall visitors.
Key of responsibility:
1.Team Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of parking attendants.
- Organize staff schedules, shift rotations, and coverage for peak hours.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team performance.
- Ensure staff follow grooming and conduct policies.
2.Operational Oversight:
- Monitor entry/exit traffic to ensure smooth vehicle flow.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper signage within the parking areas.
- Handle escalated customer concerns related to parking.
3.Safety & Compliance:
- Enforce safety procedures and traffic rules within the parking facility.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify hazards or maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with security for incident reporting and emergency response.
4.Customer Experience:
- Ensure high service quality from parking attendants.
- Assist VIP guests or special event parking arrangements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints.
5.Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain records of staff attendance, incidents, and operations.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on parking performance.
- Liaise with mall management for operational updates or improvement plans.
6.Event & High-Traffic Coordination:
- Plan and implement strategies during weekends, holidays, and events.
- Coordinate temporary traffic flow changes as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing parking operations specifically within shopping malls, as a core part of the role
- Proven experience in parking operations or facility supervision, preferably in a mall or commercial environment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and during long shifts or peak times.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with traffic control tools or parking management systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
