Job Summary:
Responsible for managing leasing operations inside the mall by coordinating with tenants, negotiating rental terms, planning space allocation, and signing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with tenants in accordance with company leasing strategies.
Key of responsibility:
- Communicate with current and prospective tenants regarding available spaces within the mall.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with the legal and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain strong tenant relations and resolve any related issues.
- Contribute to the occupancy plan and mall leasing strategy.
- Handle leasing inquiries and schedule viewings with prospective clients.
- Prepare, negotiate, and process lease agreements and relevant documentation.
- Follow up on leads, manage the full leasing process, and close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and long-term occupancy.
- Monitor lease expirations, renewals, and ensure timely rental collections.
- Ensure tenants comply with mall policies and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the leasing and operations team to enhance occupancy rates and tenant mix.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of leasing trends and recommend competitive strategies.
- Support the Leasing Manager in achieving KPIs and overall leasing targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing or real estate preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours when needed.
