Job Summary:

To assist the Legal Department in managing legal documentation, reviewing contracts, and performing legal administrative tasks under the supervision of the Legal Manager. The role requires a strong understanding of legal terminology in both Arabic and English, along with solid office skills.


Key of responsibility:

  • Draft and review legal documents and contracts in both Arabic and English.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding legal matters.
  • Prepare legal reports, memos, and correspondence under the guidance of the Legal Manager.
  • Ensure proper filing and archiving of all legal documents.
  • Follow up on contract renewals and maintain updated records of all signed agreements.
  • Provide support in legal research and referencing Iraqi laws and regulations.
  • Translate legal texts as needed from Arabic to English and vice versa.
  • Attend internal meetings to document legal notes and actions.
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure employee contracts are aligned with labor laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive legal matters.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized public university.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in a legal office or corporate legal department.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Fluent English language skills are required.
